Requesting a payment

You can request the proceeds to be sent to you by check, ACH, or wire. Our goal is to make it quick and easy for you to receive your funds.

Exercising Your Stock Option:

1. Login to your Siebert account and navigate to the Employee Stock Plan tab.

*Make sure that your browser’s pop up blocker is turned off.

2. In the new browser window that pops up, you can view your grants by clicking the Portfolio tab. You may also exercise your vested stock options from this page by clicking the Exercise Options button next to the specific grant.

Selling Long Held Shares (Vested Restricted shares & ESPP shares)

1. Please login to your Siebert account.

2. To view your positions and sell your long held shares online, click on My Accounts > Positions > select the appropriate symbol listed. In the small pop-up box, click on "Trade". This will generate a pre-populated order entry. Review or edit the order, click "Preview Order" then you may "Place Order".

*Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the tax implications of receiving, exercising, and/or selling stock options, restricted stock, and/or ESPP shares.

Note: *Large order Services Large orders (5,000+ shares) give us a call, we have traders that can help. We make markets in over 3,000 Stocks, both Domestic and International.

Requesting a Payment

Check
You may request a check to your address on record by simply sending us an email, requesting by phone, or requesting via LiveChat.

ACH
An ACH is complimentary, and takes 1-3 business days to move from your Siebert account to your bank account. If you would like to set this up, please complete the attached ACH Standing Instructions form. {attach ACH form} Once the banking information is added to your account, an initial validation period must complete before the first transfer of funds can occur. The ACH profile will remain on your account until you tell us otherwise. You may request fund movements via email, phone, or LiveChat.

Wire
Wire is the fastest way to receive funds. If you choose to complete a wire of funds to your bank account, the Outbound Wire Request form will be required. For your convenience, please return the completed document by email. Wires typically take 24-48 hours from processing to reach your bank account. Please be advised, US Dollar wires carry a $25 wire fee, and foreign currency wires carry a $45 wire fee.
