Account Login

To login into your account, please follow the following steps: 

OnlineID: Enter the Online ID given to you during the online application process.Once you've logged in for the first time you can change your Online ID to amore custom one moving forward.

Password: Enter the temporary password you received in email after you completed your online application process. Once you've logged in for the first time you can change your password to a more custom one.

Forgot Your Password?

Once you receive your user ID and temporary password, please log into your Siebert account to create your new password. Please note your temporary password will expire within 24 hours of receipt.

Account activation

Go through the Account Usage Terms and SEC Requirements. Please review, fill out the required information, and click on "I agree" to proceed.

Trading stock

Log into your Siebert account and navigate to the menu Employee Stock Plan. From there you can view your grants and electronically request to exercise your vested shares.

Enrolling in your ESPP

There are several ways you can enroll in your ESPP Plan. Your employer will provide the instructions. If you are instructed to enroll here directly, follow these instructions.

Log into your Siebert account and navigate to the menu Employee Stock Plan tab in the new window that opens. From that page click on "enroll" if you are eligible to enroll in your ESPP, and then select the percentage for deduction.Click "submit" to complete your selection.

Accept your grant 

1. Please log into your Siebert account and navigate to the menu Employee Stock Plan.
2. From that page you can view your grants and electronically request to exercise your vested shares. 

Enroll your ESPP 

(If offered by your employer) 

1. Please log into your Siebert account and navigate to the menu Employee Stock Plan.
2. From that page click on “enroll” if you are eligible to enroll in your ESPP. Follow the prompt to begin enrollment.
3. Then select the percentage of payroll deduction from the applicable offering period. All details of ESPP enrolment are displayed on the ESPP page.

Please note: all checks, except those sent to establish an account, should include your account number on the face of the check.

Set up Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF)

You may set up your account to receive electronic funds transfer directly from your bank account. It takes about 10 business days for this link to be activated.

To establish an EFT link, please send or fax us assigned letter requesting this feature and a voided check from your bank. You will receive confirmation in the mail once the service has been set up.

Exercising Options

1. Log into your Siebert account and navigate to the Employee Stock Plan tab
*Make sure that your browser’s pop up blocker is turned off. 

2. In the browser window that pops up, you can view your grants by clicking the Portfolio tab. You may also exercise your vested stock options from this page by clicking the Exercise Options button next to the specific grant.

Selling Long Held Shares

Selling Long Held Shares (Vested Restricted shares & ESPP shares) 

1. Please login to your Siebert account. 
2. To view your positions and sell your long held shares online, click on My Accounts >Positions > select the appropriate symbol listed. In the small pop-up box, click on "Trade". This will generate a pre-populated order entry.Review or edit the order, click "Preview Order" then you may "Place Order". 

*Please consult with your tax advisor regarding the tax implications of receiving, exercising, and/or selling stock options, restricted stock, and/or ESPP shares.

Note: *Large order Services Large orders(5,000+ shares) give us a call, we have traders that can help. We make marketsin over 3,000 Stocks, both Domestic and International.

Requesting a Payment

Check
You may request a check to your address on record by simply sending us an email, requesting by phone, or requesting via LiveChat.

ACH
An ACH is complimentary, and takes 3-4 business days to move from your Siebert account to your bank account. If you would like to set this up, please login into your Siebert account, hover over ‘MyAccount/s’ and click the Account Funding tab. Link your Bank account by following instructions. After your account has been linked, you can deposit and withdraw funds. You may request withdraw fund movements via email, phone, or LiveChat.

Wire
Wire is the fastest way to receive funds. If you choose to complete a wire of funds to your bank account, the Outbound WireRequest form will be required. For your convenience, please return the completed document by email. Wires typically take 24-48 hours from processing to reach your bank account. Please be advised, US Dollar wires carry a $25 wire fee, and foreign currency wires carry a $45 wire fee.

How long does it take to receive my funds?
You may set up your account to receive electronic funds transfer directly from your bank account. It takes about 10 business days for this link to be activated. One it is activated, you may e-mail, phone or transfer funds online in either direction.

What information do I need in order to request an electronic funding transaction? 
To use electronic funding, you will need a valid checking or savings account number and the routing number for your bank. Additionally, within the Online Application, you will also need your U.S. driver's license number or state ID number. All electronic funding transactions must be made payable in U.S. dollars through a U.S. bank. We cannot accept an electronic funding transaction from accounts drawn on brokerage accounts or money market accounts.

Are my electronic funding transactions secure?
To ensure the integrity of the information you send via the Internet, electronic funding utilizes a multilevel server system with the latest in encryption software. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information.
